Why I walk

We walk because we ALL know someone whose life has been touched by domestic and/or sexual violence. You may not know it, but they carry it with them every day. Thrive supports survivors in a number of ways - through their emergency shelter, 24-hour crisis hotline, court & medical accompanyment, and survivor advocacy. They also provide education about healthy relationships in schools and on college campuses. This is difficult and stressful work, which is made more difficult by uncertaincy about funding. 

The work done at Thrive is incredibly impactful. Your donation just may save a life.
