To know Miles is to love Miles. Miles brings all the light into a room on the darkest days. If he isn't smiling or giggling he is certainly keeping his quads active. Always kicking! Although, currently Miles is happy and thriving it hasnt always been this way. Miles struggles with many symptoms such as severe mood issues, myoclonic seizures, movement and muscle issues, being gtube fed, severe chronic vomitting, cortical vision impairment, being non- ambulatory, nonverbal, and being globally developmentally delayed. I'm taking part in the Warrior Challenge—FamilieSCN2A Foundation's largest community fundraising and awareness event—to help raise critical funds for SCN2A research, advocacy, and family support.
