This October, I'm honoring my daughter Amelia—my forever Warrior—by forming Amelia’s Sweet Squad for the Warrior Challenge.

Amelia had to do really hard things all the time—and she did. She faced the unimaginable with strength, sweetness, and a quiet kind of bravery that inspires me every day.

Amelia was a Warrior through and through. I could’ve picked a grueling fitness challenge—but the girl loved her sweets. So instead of sweating it out, we’re sugaring it up in her honor.

Here’s the challenge:
Eat the most epic sweet you can find—ice cream, cupcakes, cotton candy, anything that brings you joy!
