Henry is our why.

For nine years, we have loved him, learned from him, advocated for him, and watched him work harder than most people will ever know.

SCN2A has shaped so much of his life and ours. It has brought challenges, uncertainty, and questions we still do not have answers to. And it is why we keep pushing for more.

For Henry, we want more answers. More treatment options. More understanding. More independence. More opportunities.

For other families in our community, they are fighting for something even more urgent: more time.

That is why the work of the FamilieSCN2A Foundation matters so deeply to us. The Foundation is working every day to accelerate research, bring better treatments closer, support families, and change what an SCN2A diagnosis means for people like Henry and for everyone impacted by this disorder.

We fundraise because this work can change lives.

This year, as Henry turns 9, we have set a Team Henry goal of $9,000 for 9 years. It is a big goal, and we know we cannot reach it alone.

You can help by joining Team Henry, joining the team and making a donation, or simply making a donation. Every person who chooses to be part of this helps move us closer.

And this year, we would love to celebrate with you in person.

Team Henry will hike Bradbury Mountain on Saturday, October 3 at 12:00 PM, followed by a chicken BBQ at our house at 1:00 PM.

The hike is completely optional. Hike with us, cheer Henry on, or meet us afterward for lunch.
