Youth for Christ is launching a one-week movement to unite our communities around the truth that we believe in youth. On November 13 -18, 2022, Youth for Christ will celebrate the first annual WE BELIEVE IN YOU(TH) week across South Florida to ensure our young people know we will rally around them in unity when they need us because we believe in their ability to change our world!
My name is Ace Arechar and I work with Youth for Christ KIX in West Homestead helping kids in the community as they journey through grades 6-12. The reason that I work with them is that I believe that youth are the future of the world. One day you and I will be gone but it is our youth that will remain. The world will be shaped and run by them. There is so much negative influence in the world and my goal is to be a positive one in each of my youth's lives. My job is to challenge, support, love, and empower youth and I love to do it! I love to do it because at a young age I lost my father and I made a lot of poor decisions growing up. I believe that things could have gone worse if not for the men (coaches, mentors, etc.) that stepped into my life to help me become the man God called me to be.
Growing up I saw people showing up for me and I felt like they believed in me, even when I made mistakes. There is youth all around you. Join us as we rally to help youth around South Florida see that WE BELIEVE IN YOUTH! Our youth!

Youth for Christ está lanzando un movimiento de una semana para unir a nuestras comunidades en torno a la verdad de que creemos en la juventud. Del 13 al 18 de noviembre de 2022, Youth for Christ celebrará la primera semana anual CREEMOS EN TI en todo el sur de Florida para garantizar que nuestros jóvenes sepan que los apoyaremos en unidad cuando nos necesiten porque creemos en su capacidad para cambiar nuestro mundo!
Mi nombre es Ace Arechar y trabajo con Youth for Christ KIX en West Homestead ayudando a los niños de la comunidad en su viaje a través los grados 6-12. La razón por la que trabajo con ellos es porque creo que los jóvenes son el futuro del mundo. Un día tú y yo nos iremos, pero es nuestra juventud la que permanecerá. El mundo será moldeado y dirigido por ellos. Hay tanta influencia negativa en el mundo y mi objetivo es ser positivo en la vida de cada uno de mis jóvenes. ¡Mi trabajo es desafiar, apoyar, amar y empoderar a los jóvenes y me encanta hacerlo! Me encanta hacerlo porque a una edad temprana perdí a mi padre y tomé muchas malas decisiones mientras crecía. Creo que las cosas podrían haber ido peor si no fuera por los hombres (entrenadores, mentores, etc.) que entraron en mi vida para ayudarme a convertirme en el hombre que Dios me llamó a ser.
Mientras crecía, vi personas que se presentaban por mí y sentí que creían en mí, incluso cuando cometí errores. Hay juventud a tu alrededor. Únase a nosotros mientras nos reunimos para ayudar a los jóvenes del sur de la Florida a ver que ¡NOSOTROS CREEMOS EN LA JUVENTUD! ¡Nuestra juventud!
