Over the past few months, I've had the opportunity to pour into others through an organization called Youth for Christ (YFC). Honestly, it's been awesome!

In both Homestead and Goulds, Florida, I get to be a part of these teens lives daily, pouring into them the same way God's been ouring into me: holistically. Academic help, financial literacy, arts, emotional management, mentoring, skill-building-- these kids get it all!!

I've been having such an amazing time working at YFC that I figured "Why not share the opportunity?"

Its so awesome to see these teens get what so many of us didn't have growing up. And there are so much more teens to reach!

Youth for Christ is launching a movement to let teens know that they are seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Below are some of the ways you can get involved in this movement!

Send a message to a youth you know to encourage them, saying you believe in them
Join me in fundraising to help Youth for Christ reach more youth across South Florida
Post a 30 second video telling our youth why you believe in them! Share with #WBIYweek

Write a teen (whether a specific or a random teen) a physical letter/card to tell them why you believe in them! (Contact me to get a card!)

Churches, tell your youth you believe in them & pray over them this week; Teachers & educators, tell your student why you believe in them!

Nuestra Organización “Juventud para Cristo” (Youth For Christ) tendrá un Evento de una semana para unir a nuestras comunidades en torno a la gran verdad de que CREEMOS EN NUESTRA JUVENTUD. Sabemos que miles de personas participarán en la semana CREEMOS EN TI, (WE BELIEVE IN YOU(TH)), y a medida que los jóvenes se acerquen y compartan su entusiasmo, veremos que nuestras palabras de ánimo y aliento importan.

Del 13 al 18 de noviembre de 2022, Juventud para Cristo celebrará la primera semana anual CREEMOS EN TI, WE BELIEVE IN YOU(TH) en todo el Sur de la Florida para garantizar que nuestros jóvenes sepan que estaremos con ellos en unidad cuando nos necesiten porque creemos en su capacidad para cambiar nuestro mundo.

Jóvenes, CREEMOS EN USTEDES. Creemos en su futuro y valoramos lo que tienen para ofrecer. Estamos dispuestos a poner nuestro tiempo, nuestra palabra y nuestras finanzas para verlos exitosos. Vemos su fuerza brillar, y haremos todo lo posible por apoyarlos.
