Join us for a Veterans Day weekend Open Mat in support of the We Defy Foundation! We Defy gives combat veterans living with military-connected disabilities a long-term path to overcome their challenges through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

On average, it costs $2,500 to fund a single veteran scholarship, covering gym fees and uniforms. Jiu-Jitsu has been shown to be an effective alternative therapy for veterans dealing with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. On the mats, veterans find a way to reconnect with society, join a welcoming community, and better cope with their military-connected disabilities.
