After a multi-year long distance hiatus, I've signed up for the 2027 Walt Disney World Marathon and will be joined by Aidan for his very first Walt Disney World experience.

But I’m not just doing it for the challenge.
I’m running with Doug Flutie Jr.'s Team for Autism to support the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation. They do a lot of great work helping people with autism and their families through programs, grants, and support that actually make a difference. This is something that means a lot to our family, and I wanted to use this race as a way to support something great while pushing myself to get back to doing something big.

Training is going to be tough, especially with toddler in tow, but having a purpose behind it makes it worth it. If you are able to donate, I’d really appreciate it. No amount is too small. And if you can’t, sharing your encouragement helps more than you know.
