Hello! I’m Alli and I’m a new runner! I wanted to challenge myself to run a full marathon and what better way to do that than for a cause? Joining Dougie’s Team for Autism is extra special to me because my own little sister is autistic. She lives in a home with three other girls and 24 hour staff, and enjoys a full life in society. I am proud of her and where she’s has ended up in life because it was a hard road to get here! Mental health in this country has never been a priority, and resources for her were even more limited in our rural community
