Help raise $300 for the SPCA

Giving back to an organization that has helped my family and the community!

It's always said "you don't want what someone has gone through until you've walked a mile in their shoes." I notice the SPCA doesn't share a lot about the time and care given to their rescues, maybe because they don't have time-really!

Here is my walk in a rescuer's shoes:

I took in some found motherless neo-natal kittens covered in fly eggs, the smell of death clung to them. They had to be fed every 2 hours (the worse one had to be fed a drop every 30mins)-round the clock. After feeding, they needed stimulated to use the bathroom (and guess where tiny kittens are doing said business- mostly in your hand), then cleaned, and dried carefully- ALL while keeping them very warm. Of course these kittens required extra combings to safely remove all fly eggs. I used numerous bath towels, blankets, heating pads, baskets for sleeping/switching when dirty, pee pads, hand towels, syringe feeding tubes, and kitten formula- to emphasize again this was 24/7-EVERY 2 HOURS. I slept very little-not really at all- until they were about 6 weeks old. What I dealt with THE SPCA DEALS WITH ALL DAY, EVERY DAY! Their foster homes also put in the work.

Please help me raise funds for the SPCA so they can continue to rescue animals, help rehome, and in support of their foster care program!
