VIRTUAL Walk for The Woods Project

It's our first Virtual event.  Here's how it works:

  • Still not a race!  You can walk, run, cycle, treadmill a 3-mile route at your own pace.
  • Now a 3-day event! Complete your 3 miles anytime between Friday, May 15th through Sunday, May 17th, 2020!
  • Can be done anywhere!  Invite friends and family across the globe to join your team.
    • Consider scheduling a "Team Time" to walk - all your team members can be walking at the same time, everyone in their own neighborhoods.
    • Add a Zoom or other video call to your "Team Time" to stay connected from a distance.
    • Your safety is our top priority!  Be sure to practice physical distancing guidelines.
  • Wear a Yellow Shirt as you walk.  In a sign of solidarity as we face unprecedented challenges, please wear something Yellow to represent Hope.  If you don't own something yellow, consider wearing a TWP shirt.
  • Don't forget those selfies! Post a photo of you Walking the Walk!  Hashtag #wftwp
