I've signed up to participate in Women Build 2026, a fundraiser supporting Ulster County Habitat for Humanity! A home is the key to stability, opportunity, and health — and I am passionate about this cause. Ulster County is in a housing crisis, and I want to help working families reach their goal of homeownership.

This year, funds raised through Women Build support Hope Springs, a 10-home development underway in Saugerties — the first "woods-to-cul-de-sac" Habitat community ever built in New York State. Ten local families who work here but can't currently afford to buy here will get real homes, with real mortgages they pay off themselves — Habitat isn't a giveaway program, it's a hand up. Groundbreaking happened this past February, and Ulster County Habitat for Humanity just marked 30 years serving our community.

And I need your help! Every donation — big or small — helps me reach my fundraising goal and directly impacts our community.
