in·clu·sion /inˈklo͞oZHən/
noun the action or state of including or of being included within a group or structure.
The word "inclusion" has been thrown around a lot over the last year or 2. Many companies are starting to address diversity, equality, and incusion in their organizations more, and that's a WONDERFUL step. But there's still more work to be done. At a basic, human level we should all work on including everyone in everything. It doesn't matter race, sexual orientation, gender, religion, disability/abilty, how someone looks, etc. - People Are People. PERIOD.
My beautiful, kind, loving cousin Emily invited me to join the Inclusion Movement - amd I happily accepted. If I can do anything to help the world by making it a little more inclusive, well... count me in!
