My Y story started over 3 summers in college (shoutout CGS!), where I spent my days driving boats, attempting to teach waterskiing and wakeboarding, and proving that every camp needs at least one slightly Type A counselor.

I joined the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth full-time in 2012, and somehow I'm still here all these years later. My title has changed a few times, but what hasn't changed is my belief in the mission.

One of the best parts of my job is getting to see and hear stories of lives being changed every single day...kids discovering confidence, families finding community, teens finding mentors, and people of all ages finding a place they belong. Those stories (and the people who make them possible) are why I'm still here 14 years later.
