Working for the YMCA Childcare in Freehold, NJ means being part of something much bigger than a job-it's about carrying forward a mission that has shaped my life for over 20 years. Having been raised in the YMCA, I have seen firsthand the powerful impact it has on individuals and families, and I strongly believe in its commitment to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.  My years in childcare have deepened my dedication to creating a nurturing enviornment where children feel valued and supported.  For me, the YMCA is not just a workplace- it is a community I am proud to serve, where I can give back and help build a positive foundation for future generations.
