Morgan Pascali has been a dedicated member of the YMCA of the Jersey Shore team since 2017, beginning her career as a part-time administrator before advancing to Membership Director in 2021. Deeply connected to the Y’s mission, Morgan proudly continues a legacy of service inspired by her late father, John Kelly, the organization’s former CFO, whose leadership and commitment left a lasting impact.

In addition to her work at the Y, Morgan has been a member of the Grace Kelly Studio staff since 2012 and is honored that GKS has selected the YMCA as the beneficiary of its donation-based recital this year. Morgan was fortunate to have her father as the ultimate dance dad. His unwavering support extended beyond his own daughter, as he became an unofficial dance dad to Grace Kelly dancers as well, never missing a performance. Through her work and community involvement, Morgan continues to carry forward the values of service, dedication, and support that her father exemplified.
