Hi everyone,

I’m proud to share that I work for the YMCA of the Jersey Shore’s Counseling & Social Services (CSS) program, where we are committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals and families in our community.

Every day, YMCA CSS provides critical mental health support including counseling, crisis intervention, and resources to those who might otherwise go without care. But the need continues to grow, and we rely on community support to make these services accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
