Why We're Fundraising For YWCA Crabtree Corner
Veronica received support from the staff and other mothers, going to the mother’s groups, and getting to take trips with her youngest kids to Maplewood Farms.
The staff helped her with counselling and housing applications, and for several years gave her a safe and comfortable place to be during the day as she cared for her children, especially supporting her desire to connect the children to their Aboriginal heritage.
