BBQ Dinner | Childcare | Auction | Bake Sale
BBQ Dinner includes your choice of pulled pork or turkey, green beans, potato casserole, cornbread, and a drink. You may dine in or take dinner to go. Prizes will be awarded to a few dine-in eaters! There is also a live auction event for those dining in.
Childcare Package is available for children ages 3 to 10 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Activities are provided for the children, including a bounce house. Pickup is required no later than 5:00PM in the Preschool Hallway. The dinner is after childcare is complete. Students' artwork will be auctioned off Friday night during the live auction.
Bake Sale will be in the Fellowship Hall. Treat yourself to some yummy sweets with your meal. Donations of baked goods and ingredients are appreciated. If you are able to assist with donations, please contact Mrs. Mary Glunt at mglunt@heritagepreschool.org for more information.
Auction includes both an online silent auction and a live auction. You will need to sign up separately for the auction on the GIVI app. There are all types of items being auctioned from student’s artwork to experiences to baskets and more! A Buy-it-Now board will also be available. The live auction event will only be available to those on site. Check out our social media pages and fundraiser page throughout the month of April to see what auction items will be available online and which ones will be live. Students' artwork will be auctioned off Friday night during the live auction. The online auction will continue through Saturday.
Meals must be preordered. Purchase your meals by Monday, April 13th.
