The BCW only requires a registration fee of $55 per student for our woodworking classes. However, the actual cost is approximately $40 per student per week which is on average $360 for the summer session.

Shop class is for students in grades 7-12. The students work through the BCW woodworking curriculum to learn woodworking techniques, tools, and soft skills like patience, collaboration, and problem-solving. Our goal is to retain students until they graduate high school as the skills they gain here will make them employable!
For our Summer 2026 program, please choose 1 spot per student. Classes fill quickly, so act fast! If you are unable to get a slot, please submit your name onto this waiting list.
Classes start the week of June 15 and end the week of August 10. They run 1:00-3:00 for daytime classes and 4:30-6:30pm for afterschool.
