In 2009 my wife Michelle was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer and the following year completely changed our lives.  During her year of treatment and surgeries we quickly realized that her recovery was built on the shoulders of those who came before us.  Following that experience, we committed to help ensure that those who come after us can experience even better treatments and hopefully one day, our children can experience a world where you don't have to hear the words "You have cancer."  

It is for that reason we walk.  Team Michelle is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to ending breast cancer and also supporting those currently undergoing treatements.  TM is actively funding research at the UCI Chao Family Cancer Center as well as the KU Medical Center along with supporting suvivors through their Acts of Love grant program.  Any support you can provide goes directly to supporting this mission.
