It's my Birthday Month! Every year I want to celebrate myself by raising money for my organization and for a cause of my choice. This year the organization we would like to support is the Marian House. I was introduced to this organization, when I did a walk in support of one of my coworkers. The passion and pride in which Demetria speaks about her Mom and Marian House (MH) is inspiring. Demetria's Mom was a community member of MH. When I learned that she lost her life to suicide, I felt an even stronger passion to walk in her honor alongside her loved ones. This year, I will be walking again and raising money to support the MH mission, vision, and values.
