Living with Epilepsy definitely has it's challenges, but we've always tried not to let it interfere with Easton being all boy!! We've had to make some changes to extra curricular activities, like putting him in an adaptive 1:1 swim lessons instead of group swim lessons, but he sure seems to love the attention! We've had to made quite a few med adjustments over the past few years as Easton grows to be sure he's on the correct doses, and next week he will even be establishing care with a new neurologist. His original neurologist decided to do more research and less in clinic appts... fingers crossed we like his new doc as much as he old one! Easton has started really noticing when he's getting ready to have a seizure and can give us some warning signs, which is great! We do know that when the barometric pressure changes or when he's ill...look out, seizures are about to be out of control! With all this said, Epilepsy is just the new norm is our house. #TeamEaston
