WELCOME TO GIFT OF LIFE STEPS FOR LIFE VIRTUAL 5k
Join us in the fight to cure blood cancers through stem cell and bone marrow transplants! Each of us has the power within us to save someone's life!
Cancer hasn't stopped during the COVID-19 crisis and neither have we! Your support of Gift of Life Steps for Life Virtual 5k matters now more than ever!
You can complete the Gift of Life Steps for Life Virtual 5k from any location and at any time! Run, jog or walk on the road, trail or treadmill while keeping a safe distance from other runners. You get to participate in your own race and at your own pace!

Step 1: Register to Participate
- Now through October 25, 2020 (Register here)
- Medals, shirts, bibs, and other Gift of Life swag will be sent out beginning a few weeks prior to the October 25, 2020 deadline.
- Registration includes a variety of Gift of Life swag and the ability to enter to win great fundraising prizes!
Step 2: Fundraise & Train
- Once you've registered, start fundraising!
- Set up either a personal or team fundraising page to share via email and social media with your friends and family to raise money for Gift of Life.
- Check out the Fundraising Guide & Incentives tab to see the prizes you can earn as you fundraise!
Step 3: Run & Join the Fun!
- Complete your 5K between now and October 25, 2020 @ midnight ET. Run, jog, or walk all at once or over time!
- Join us for the Virtual Kickoff and first time donor and recipient meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 7 PM ET
- Submit your time to be eligible for an exclusive Top Finisher medal.
- Fundraising prizes earned will be will be mailed to your registration mailing address beginning on November 1, 2020.
