I have been involved with Gift of Life for the last four years and it is an organization that is very close to my heart. In four years I have helped facilitate 7 matches and 2 transplants, but there are so many more patients in need of their life saving matches! The money raised from this 5k will go to funding testing life saving swab kits so that everyone has a second chance at life.

I started working with Gift of Life as a Campus Ambassador when I was a Sophomore in College. After graduating, I started the Young Professionals Committee in Denver for the organization and am now working to build a community of people in the Denver area who want to see every patient batteling leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood cancers find their life saving match!
