Online registration for this event closed on Friday, September 10th, 2021. You can still attend the event and register in person on September 12th at The Land of Promise in Buffalo, MN starting at 4:00 pm.

August 19th, 2021 was the Event T-Shirt ordering cut-off. Hope & Hearts shirts and memorial crafts were mailed on September 2nd. There will be a limited amount of shirts available for onsite registration on a first come, first serve basis.
