This is a memorial event and fundraiser for Missing GRACE. Bereaved parents can share the story of their baby or child by creating a Team Page through this site. They can then share their page to help raise awareness about pregnancy and infant loss and raise the funds through their page to support the mission of Missing GRACE Foundation.
With your help, this annual fundraiser raises the funding needed for the Foundation to provide free support and resources for bereaved, infertile, and adoptive families in Minnesota and across the nation!!

Missing GRACE Foundation’s mission is to provide support, resources and education for families and professional care providers when there is loss of a baby, infertility or adoption challenges. We offer hope and healing opportunities to G.R.A.C.E. – Grieve, Restore, Arise, Commemorate and Educate.

The 16th Annual Hope & Hearts event takes place on Sunday, September 12th, 2021. Event week begins on Monday, September 6th. Anyone can participate from anywhere.
For this year's event, you choose what physical challenge works best for you. You can walk a few miles, run your own 5K or go any distance during event week! Run, walk, bike, swim, rollerblade, or do any physical challenge! Some ideas... walk at home on the treadmill, bike at a local trail, take a run with your fur buddies or gather with your teammates on a walk or run.
Do your physical challenge between September 6th and September 12th on your own or together with your team. You can add to your goal over the event week and build up your miles each day. Strive towards your distance goal and fundraising goals along with us! Just log your distances and share with us on your page and with your network that you are exercising for a good cause. We will share on the Missing GRACE social media pages about the physical challenges done by our Teams and distances that are completed.
On Sunday, September 12th there will be an informal walk from 2:00 to 3:00 pm in Maple Grove. Afterwards, the Hope & Hearts event will take place from 4:00pm to 6:00 pm (CST) at The Land of Promise in Buffalo, Minnesota.
At 5:00 pm (CST) we will live stream on Facebook for the Awards and Commemoration Ceremony where each baby name will be said aloud.

3. $15 Participant (Adult or Child) - No Packet/ No T-shirt. *Choose either "Fundraising" or "Not Fundraising"
One event T-shirt is provided with each paid registration that is completed by the cutoff date of Wednesday, August 19th, 2021.
After the 19th of August, the $15 Participant regisration will be the only registration option available.
*If you choose to register as a fundraiser, then you will receive a free user account where you can personalize your Team Page with your story and share the link to your page. You will have full access to modify and update your Team page.
If you haven't ever created a Team Page to help fundraise and raise awareness, rest assured, it's easy to do and will just take about 5 to 10 minutes to set up your page depending on how much you put into it. Your page gives you a place to let others know about the baby you will always remember and hold in your heart. Share your story and enlist the support of your friends and family. Your user account has video tutorials to help you with your page and there's also great customer support. There are email templates you can use to help you reach out to your friends and family. Your account can link to your social media accounts if you would like it to. You can add photos and video to your Team page also!
Help us raise awareness by wearing your 16th Hope & Hearts Event Shirt and by leaving a remembrance rock.
Prepare before you walk by painting your baby's name, birth date and/or a baby loss awareness message on a small flat rock to place along the path.
There's a great walking path that goes in a large circle close to the Town Green located at 7991 Main Street North in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Teams are encouraged to organize where they park, meet, and start their walk beginning at 2 pm and ending by 3 pm. As you pass others wearing their Hope & Hearts shirts, say hello and flash a Heart sign!
Afterwards, we will gather~
4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (CST) for the Hope & Hearts Event at a beautiful lakeside property called The Land of Promise located at 7391 20th St NE, Buffalo, MN 55313.
This will be a special time of remembrance, memorial HeART Work crafts, a photo booth, good food and more.
At 5:00 pm (CST) we will go live on Facebook for the Awards and Commemoration Ceremony when each baby name will be remembered aloud and we will read a poem together.

*Top Team Fundraiser winners are determined by the totals listed on the Leaderboard on this site. on Friday, September 10th at 11:00PM (CST). Both online and offline totals that the Team Captain has entered on their page are honored. Each of the top 3 teams will be honored at the Center for GRACE on our Hope & Hearts plaque with their team name and photo and the Team Captain for each of the top 3 teams, along with the youngest youth fundraiser, will receive personalized awards.
Youth 17 and younger must register with Missing GRACE by calling 763-497-0709 ext. 1 to notify us of your intent to fundraise and have a parent or guardian help to set up their fundraising page here on QGiv in order to qualify for the prizes.
There will be fantastic raffle prizes and each Team Captain who creates a team page on Qgiv and raises $1000.00 or more on their page, will receive a raffle ticket. For each additional $1000.00 raised, the Team Captain will receive additional raffle tickets:
$2000+ raised/2 additional tickets
$3000+ raised/3 additional tickets
$4000+ raised/4 additional tickets
$5000+ raised/5 additional tickets
The number of raffle tickets will correlate to the dollar amount raised in the above manner for however much is raised.
When you donate to sponsor a Team or Individual that is walking or running at a Hope & Hearts event, you help Missing GRACE Foundation in continuing to fulfill its mission to serve grieving, infertile and adoptive families in need of support and resources.
