On Sunday, March 5, 2023 our team will be participating in the 2023 Chicago Polar Plunge, celebrating more than 20 years of plunging!  Through your donations, people with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to discover new strengths, abilities, and accomplishments.  

There are three easy ways to support our plunging efforts:
