Why I Walk

2 years ago, I suffered from severe preeclampsia and eclampsia. I had to have an emergency C-section which resulted in giving birth to my daughter a month earlier than expected. I had no idea what preeclampsia was, and I was not informed of it by any doctors during my pregnancy. My daughter and I almost lost our lives to it, and I wish I knew more about preeclampsia because the signs were there. More research should be done to protect more women from ever experiencing this, and I want to contribute in any way I possibly can.
