Our experience with childhood cancer began when our daughter, Hallie, was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive brain tumor at 4 weeks old. We learned firsthand how wonderful ASK is to families navigating a cancer diagnosis during her battle at VCU CHOR. While we ultimately lost our brave warrior at 8 weeks old, we have continued sharing her story, and we are once again participating in the ASK 5K in her honor.
