Register for 2025 ASK Walk Volunteer Sign-Up

Assist with all areas of event where needed.

Set up course cones, signage, registration tables, festival area, etc. Deliver water station materials to designated areas.

Volunteers will be assigned where needed. Potential assignments include: registration, parking attendants, kids zone monitors, etc. You will be the first face participants see when they arrive at the event!

Will be stationed along the route and available to walkers/runners who need help. Cheer runners and walkers along as they pass. Help manage traffic, which is expected to be minimal as RPD will be positioned in high traffic areas. Ensure any trash is collected. Meeting held at 8:45am to receive course assignment and instructions in case there is an emergency.

Volunteers will be assigned where needed. This role may include helping to set up booths and game areas before the festival begins, handing out medals, providing light refreshments to participants, facilitating games and handing out prizes, etc.

Help break-down and load-up pre-race tailgate. Make sure registration and booth areas are cleaned up. Load-up family festival supplies.
