Hello! 

Thank you for visiting The Cadena Caravan page! This year, we are teaming up with SHARE to help fundraise toward a cause so near and dear to so many - special needs. SHARE is a local nonprofit that provides support services and programs to Permian Basin families raising children with special needs and disabilities at NO COST to those families. It's changed our lives.

Our life has been filled with unforseen adventure. With four children (Gideon, Noah, Aria, Gloria) things are never dull. We've encountered countless blessings from God in our lives and know those will continue. However, our lives have also gone down unique paths that many don't encounter . We have two children with special needs.

One of our sons was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and the other with a rare chromosomal disorder called 22q 11.2 Deletion Syndrome. We have been to countless doctor appointments and specialist. We've also seen many wonderful places and had marvelous experiences because of our children.

Our children's diagnosis have also brought unique challenges and concerns into our family as well. SHARE has helped connect us with other families who have had similar experiences to ours. Those families have become friends and given guidance and encouragement along the way. Thank you SHARE for connecting us with an incredible community and life enhancing services.    

Services come in the form of respite nights, support groups, teens night, mom's/dad's night out, counseling, sibling support activities, a variety of family events, webinars/trainings, and super fun holiday events like Sensory Santa that are tailored to our unique needs. Again, at no cost. 

All proceeds raised during the 2025 SHARE Walk stay local and apply directly to local families utilzing SHARE services. We need your help. Donate, share, tag, or simply help connect others to SHARE.  Any amount helps famillies like ours. We appreciate the support!
