Erika's Lighthouse is determined to make sure no young person feels alone in their depression. We are dedicated to creating a community of empathy and education. We create middle school and high school teen depression awareness programs so educators and teens can create safe spaces to learn about depression, letting students know they are never alone, and there is somewhere to turn.

I firmly believe that depression and mental health should be openly discussed and destigmatized. My daughter has been living with depression for many years. She is an incredible person with a compassionate heart and empathy for others. She knows that having depression doesn't make her any less awesome! Many of you know I ran the Chicago Marathon this past October with Team Resilience, raising funds for depression awareness. I LOVED IT SO MUCH I DECIDED TO DO IT AGAIN!
