Walk for the Animals 2025

The Walk for the Animals is the Humane Society of Broward County's largest annual fundraiser. By donating to the Walk, you are helping thousands of animals that come through their doors needing help. Every single dollar will make a difference so even small donations matter!

Cooper and I have been involved in the Walk for the Animals every year since the first time I learned about it.  Until my son rescued "Cooper" from an uncertain future and brought him to me, I honestly didn't understand how people thought of their pets as family and loved them so much...now I do!

It breaks my heart knowing there are so many sad abandoned and abused pups and kitties in our community that are suffering due to no fault of their own.  They just need love and care and in return will bring joy and happiness to their humans.

PS. To those of you who never thought I'd have a pet...I didn't plan it...I just fell in love!
