Valeria Lerma LCSW-S

Valeria Lerma.jpgDirector of Strategic Business Initiatives, San Antonio Behavioral Healthcare Hospital

I am a licensed clinical social worker and supervisor with 15 years of professional experience in mental health services and organizational leadership. Like most people, I am also an individual who has faced a variety of obstacles in life. Through the years, I have learned that the best way to find inner peace is by allowing life to be guided by our personal values and by continuously expanding our perspective through the pursuit of knowledge, while remaining open to all the intangible learning that can occur through genuine human connections and life experiences. I have a lot that I would like to share with others, and I firmly believe that every workshop I provide and every interaction I have serves a strong purpose.  I am honored to have the privilege of helping others maximize their potential.
