2025 Whole Child Whole Community Conference

Join your fellow educators, youth-serving professionals, and community leaders as we "Champion Healthy Minds and Communities!"

Conference Date: Wednesday, November 5, 2025 (See schedule below). The RSVP deadline is Monday, October 6th.

Location: Region 20 Education Service Center (1314 Hines St., San Antonio, TX 78208)

Cost: Tickets are only $100 per person ($50 for AmeriCorps/Students)

What's Included With Your ticket: Access to a full-day conference experience, light breakfast and lunch provided, and continuing education credits.

Breakout session descriptions will be released in September 2025. Session topics have been curated for Educators, Counselors, Youth Serving Program Staff, Community Leaders, and Attorneys. Continuing Education Credits are provided for eligible professionals.

Communities In Schools of San Antonio is excited to celebrate the diverse professionals across the community who empower youth to overcome challenges by reducing barriers, providing support, leading change, and more! As part of our Whole Child Whole Community Conference, we invite you to nominate inspiring leaders in Bexar County and the surrounding areas who have made a difference in the lives of youth and our community. Registration for the conference is not required to submit a nomination.

The mission of Communities In Schools is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
