I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2017 and it really was alarming to me. Fortunately I have a slow-moving case that's under control with several prescription meds that I take daily, along with exercise and rest. Others aren't so lucky. Every six minutes, someone is diagnosed with PD. The funds we raise will help the American Parkinson Disease Association provide:

Local education, information, and support for people impacted by PD
Nationwide virtual programs to keep everyone connected, no matter where they live
Scientific research into the causes, prevention, treatments, and ultimately a cure
