Cancer changed everything for our family.

What used to feel normal—daily routines, plans, even simple moments—quickly became hospital visits, unknowns, and learning how to live in survival mode. Watching your child fight something so big is something no parent is ever prepared for.

But in the middle of all of this, we’ve also seen strength, love, and resilience in ways we never imagined.

We’ve learned how important support truly is—because families like ours cannot do this alone.

This organization has been part of that support. They show up for families walking through the hardest days of their lives, offering help, hope, and reminders that we’re not alone in this fight.

So we’re doing this 5K for our child, for our family, and for every family facing childhood cancer.
