This year, we’re participating in a memorial walk in honor of my dad, who passed away from scleroderma, a rare autoimmune disease that deeply affected his life and our family. Walking in his memory is a way for us to celebrate who he was—his strength, his kindness, and the love he showed so effortlessly—while also supporting others who are still fighting this disease.

Scleroderma has no cure, and too many families face the same challenges we did. By taking part in this walk, we hope to raise awareness and contribute to the research and support services that can make a real difference.
