About Lansing Catholic's CAT Week

All In. All Together. 

CAT Week, which stands for Cougars All Together, is Lansing Catholic's annual athletic fundraising campaign, bringing our community together to support the teams and programs our students love.

This year, when you choose a team or program, 100% of the net proceeds from your gift will go directly to that program. You choose where your support goes, giving coaches and teams additional resources to address the needs that matter most to their student-athletes.

CAT Week gifts can help provide:

  • Equipment and uniform upgrades: Ensuring our teams have the best and safest gear

  • Strength and conditioning resources: Enhancing physical fitness and athletic performance through state-of-the-art training programs

  • Team travel and competition expenses: Supporting our teams' travel to away games and tournaments

  • Facility Improvements: Enhancing training and competition spaces

  • Academic and student-athlete support: Offering resources for academic excellence

  • Opportunities that strengthen the overall student-athlete experience

These dollars go beyond annual operating budgets, giving our programs greater flexibility to provide the tools, resources, and opportunities that help our students grow as athletes, teammates, leaders, and young men and women of character.

Every Lansing Catholic team and athletic program has goals for the season ahead. During CAT Week, you can help them reach those goals by choosing the program you want to support.

100% of the net proceeds from your gift will go directly to the team or program you select.

Visit a team's CAT Week page to see its fundraising goal and the priorities identified by its coaches. Your gift gives that program additional resources to provide the equipment, training, travel, uniforms and opportunities its student-athletes need.

Cougar Club Champions Challenge

Your donation this week will help your favorite team(s) unlock bonus prizes, generously provided by our new Cougar Booster Club (more information on that later):

  • $1,000 to the team with the highest percentage of giving 

  • $500 to the team with the most dollars raised 
    2025 Winner: Baseball

  • $500 to each team that reaches its giving goal 

  • If every team reaches its goal, $5,000 to the Athletic Excellence Fund to invest in all of Cougar Athletics 

Join us in making a real impact on our student-athletes’ lives.  Together, we can make champions!!

How Can You Make A Difference?

  1. Make your Gift: The challenge is participation driven. Make a gift to your team(s) and help them achieve their goals and come out on top!

  2. Elevate your Giving: Gifts of every amount help our student-athletes, but the team with the most funds raised has an opportunity to unlock additional funds through the Cougar Club Champions Challenge.

  3. Spread the Word: Share our campaign with your friends, family, and fellow Cougar supporters. Together, we can amplify our reach and make this week of giving a resounding success.

  4. Get Involved: Volunteer your time and expertise to help organize your team's outreach efforts. Your involvement is crucial in making our campaign a triumph.

Every contribution, big or small, makes a significant impact. Your generosity will directly benefit our student-athletes and ensure they have the resources they need to succeed both on and off the field.

As I begin my first year serving as Athletic Director at Lansing Catholic, one thing has already become clear: our athletic programs are strengthened by a community that truly cares about our student-athletes.

Every day, I see coaches challenging students to work hard, compete with purpose, support their teammates, and grow in character. I also see families, alumni, and friends of Lansing Catholic standing behind them and helping provide opportunities that extend well beyond competition.

That is what makes your support during CAT Week so meaningful. Your generosity gives our teams additional resources to pursue their goals while showing our student-athletes that their community believes in what they are working toward.
