I'm raising money for the Dempsey Center!

For our team, the Dempsey Challenge is much more than a ride or walk—it’s a promise to honor the life and legacy of my good friend, Marcy Cox. 

Since 2018, we’ve participated in the Dempsey Challenge in her memory, inspired by her strength, courage, she showed throughout her cancer journey. Every mile we complete and every dollar we raise helps provide hope and support to individuals and families facing cancer right here in Maine through the programs and services of the Dempsey Center.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our family, friends, coworkers, and community, we’ve proudly raised more than $312,000 over the years. That impact belongs to every person who has donated, encouraged us, or shared our story.

This year, we ride and walk with the same purpose—to ensure that no one has to face cancer alone. Your donation helps provide counseling, nutrition services, movement and fitness classes, support groups, and so many other resources offered at no cost to those who need them.

Thank you for helping us continue Marcy’s legacy of hope, kindness, and resilience. We are forever grateful for your support and for standing with us as we make a difference, one mile at a time.
