Thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page for this year's Dempsey Challenge!
After crushing last year's 25-mile ride, I'm at it again! This year, I'm riding with team "You Won't Do It." Nine years ago, Stacia Saniuk-Gove (team captain) turned that dismissive comment into a personal challenge. Stacia was told years ago that she wouldn't finish a ride, but she's proved those doubters wrong many times over. I also had serious doubts about my first Dempsey Challenge, but I proved myself wrong, and I'm thrilled to take on this physical challenge for a second time.
The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost.
