Here we go again! Year # 2! am a 45 year old wife, mom and business owner who found out I had breast cancer in October 2024. My grandmother passed away at age 37 in 1970 of breast cancer. I had surgery, 4 months of chemotherapy in 16 rounds of radiation. I ended treatment June 2025. I am a survivor and pray it stays that way! I'll be participating in the Dempsey challenge this September 19th 2026. This is a 5K road race to raise money for the Dempsey center. The Dempsey Center offers free services for people affected by cancer. Help me raise money for this cause close to my heart or join my team! You can run, walk or bike. Come have fun and celebrate with us!

The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost.

With a donation made to my page, you can help support thousands of cancer patients, survivors, care partners, and their loved ones. Gifts of any amount will provide no-cost support for years to come.
