I am honored to join Ryan Ellis and the Drop Cancer team for my first ever 10K! The mission of this team and organization are near and dear to my heart. Many people in my community have been impacted by cancer in one circumstance or another. I'm running this year for all the loved ones we've lost and the ones still battling. This one's for you Mimi.

The Dempsey Challenge is the premiere fundraising event for the Dempsey Center, a nonprofit founded by actor Patrick Dempsey. The Dempsey Center makes life better for people impacted by cancer by easing the side effects of cancer by improving their physical, emotional, social, familial, and functional well-being at any point in their cancer journey--all at no cost.
