I'm raising money for the Dempsey Center!

Thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page for this year's Dempsey Challenge!

My sister has walked for me and for the Frannie Peabody Center. This time, I’m walking for her and for all the clients, volunteers, and staff at the Dempsey Center.

As she fights through stage IV metastatic melanoma, I’m reminded over and over that cancer doesn’t just affect the person carrying the diagnosis. It reaches into families, friendships, work, ordinary days. Everything.

The Dempsey Center helps people living with cancer, and the people who love them, navigate all of that. So I’m walking this Virtual 5K for my sister, for everyone in the fight, and for the people making sure nobody has to face it alone.

Because of my own health, I may complete the 5K in one walk or break it into two. Either way, I’m committed to doing it in the way that works best for me.
