Felix is funny, loves to dance, and lights up any room he walks into. He was born with Down syndrome — and it hasn't slowed him down for a second.

This October, our family is walking in the 2026 DSANV Buddy Walk to support the Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia — a community built on connection, advocacy, and possibility. DSANV empowers individuals with Down syndrome and their families through education, resources, and opportunities that support growth at every stage of life, from early childhood through adulthood.

Our team, the Followers of Felix, is raising $5,000 to help DSANV keep showing up for families like ours. Every dollar helps provide the programs, support, and community that make it possible for people with Down syndrome to learn, grow, and be celebrated for exactly who they are.
