Team King Size Kem 

This year, our family is doing something really special. We’re participating in our very first DSANV Buddy Walk, and we’re walking for our Kem.

If you know Kem, you know. ❤️

He is funny, loving, determined, and completely himself. Watching him grow has taught our family so much about celebrating every milestone, embracing every adventure, and recognizing just how much people with Down syndrome bring to their families and communities.

This year, we get to celebrate Kem alongside an entire community that understands just how special this journey is.

The Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia (DSANV) supports individuals with Down syndrome and their families throughout Northern Virginia. Through the Buddy Walk, we’re raising funds to support the programs, resources, advocacy, and community DSANV provides.

Since this is our first Buddy Walk, we would LOVE to have our village be part of it.
