My Why: Delaney's Double Rainbow ? When Ryan and I first began trying to grow our family, we never imagined the road ahead. Our journey included insurance hurdles, male factor infertility, TESE, multiple egg retrievals, fresh and frozen embryo transfers, and the heartbreak of early pregnancy losses before we were blessed with our two incredible rainbow babies, Madison and Jack. Like so many families, we experienced moments of hope, grief, uncertainty, and resilience. We also learned the incredible value of having a community that truly understands. No one should have to navigate infertility or family building alone. In 2021, I participated in my first AllPaths Footsteps for Family Building Walk as a way to honor our journey and give back to an organization that supports individuals and families through every path to parenthood. What started as one walk quickly became a passion. I joined the Walk Committee in 2022 and 2023, and have had the privilege of serving as Walk Co-Chair in 2024, 2025, and again this year in 2026. This year is especially meaningful as my dear friend Lauren Clancy steps into her new role as Executive Director, and I'm honored to have been elected to the AllPaths Board of Directors. I look forward to continuing to advocate, raise awareness, and help ensure that no one feels alone on their family-building journey. Our experience also inspired me to advocate beyond my own family. While at my former employer, I built the business case for expanding fertility, adoption, surrogacy, and pregnancy loss bereavement benefits so employees would have greater access to the support they needed. That work led to lasting policy changes and was recognized with the company's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Award in 2023. It reinforced my belief that sharing our stories and speaking up can create meaningful change for countless families. Our team, **Delaney's Double Rainbow**, walks in celebration of the families who found their way, in remembrance of the babies who are forever loved, and in support of everyone still waiting, hoping, grieving, or dreaming of the family they long to build. My goal this year is to raise **$5,000** to help AllPaths continue providing education, support groups, advocacy, and compassionate resources for individuals and families navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, adoption, surrogacy, donor conception, and every path to parenthood. Whether you choose to walk with us in person, participate virtually, make a donation, or simply share our story, you are making a difference. Every act of support helps ensure that someone facing one of the hardest chapters of their life knows they are not alone.
