Junior Achievement is important to me because it gives kids something they don’t always get in a classroom—the opportunity to learn about the real world from people who actually live and work in it.
One of my favorite parts of JA is seeing my kids light up when Brennan comes to their classroom to teach. They love having him there, and it’s pretty special to see them so proud of their dad while he gets to share his time, experience, and encouragement with their classmates.
But JA is about so much more than one classroom. It’s about helping kids understand money, careers, entrepreneurship, and the possibilities that are ahead of them. It connects our schools, families, businesses, and community in a way that helps prepare the next generation for success.
I love that Junior Achievement gives our kids the confidence to dream big—and gives adults in our community the chance to help them get there. It’s an investment in our kids, our schools, and ultimately, the future of our entire community.
