This organization is raising matching funds through the Seed-And-Scale Match Fund in the Health Access category to expand the impact of its work in Greater Coatesville. Every dollar donated directly to this nonprofit is matched by The Alliance for Health Equity, helping strengthen programs, increase services, and create lasting change in our community.

Specifically, we are raising money through Seed-And-Scale for the Family Connect and Resource Navigation Hub. This provides a coordinated, low-barrier resource navigation hub for pregnant individuals and families with young children in Greater Coatesville, streamlining access to information, referrals, benefit enrollment, and concrete supports such as diapers, safe-sleep items, and transportation assistance. We intend to improve timely connection to care and strengthen family stability during pregnancy and early childhood.
